We love Victorian. We love style. We love our house. So this book was a worthy purchase. We are enjoying it. Not brilliant, but certainly interesting. Slightly more than coffee-table.

A fascinating look at the history of Victorian interior design, although it tends to focus rather a lot on the homes of the wealthy, so those looking for information about a range of homes might find it lacking in detail about the interior decoration of more modest homes.
